How do I get access?

Your agency administrator activates your account and provides a temporary password.

Can I use my old records?

Authorized historical records remain available in Case archive. New instruments are saved separately.

How are law updates applied?

Downloads are comparisons. A site administrator must review the mapping, exact wording, classification and effective dates before publishing a new version. Previously saved documents keep their wording.

How do I report a problem?

After signing in, choose Report Issue / Suggestion. Do not include case details, passwords or API keys.
